Shipping and delivery
How do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship all our packages with PostNord, their standard delivery times are 1-2 working days within Sweden and within the EU 3-4 working days. We can never guarantee that third parties will meet their stated delivery times, as soon as we have handed over your package, the delivery time is beyond our control. Order well in advance of holidays as they are often busy!
How long will it take for you to ship my package?
Items that are part of our standard range are usually shipped within 5-7 working days. Special orders are usually shipped within 10 working days, depending on how busy we are at the time. We always inform you on the website if the delivery time is expected to be longer than usual.
Can I track my package?
We will create the shipping label for you the same day the package is shipped and you can then track it via PostNord's website or app. The tracking number will be sent by email when we drop off your package at the agent.
Will I receive any delivery confirmation?
You will receive both order and delivery confirmation to the email you provided when ordering. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder! Contact us below if it has not arrived at all.
Is there a cheaper shipping option?
Upon request, we can send small or less valuable packages without tracking. We are not responsible for the package getting lost during delivery, and will not compensate for anything lost during transport. We strongly recommend that you choose a trackable shipping method.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If you have chosen standard trackable shipping, we will contact PostNord to find out what has happened to the package. We do not replace any packages that are marked as delivered. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do with non-trackable shipping and we cannot replace any packages that we cannot confirm are lost.
Our products
How does it work with all the different colors?
We have a standard range of ready-made products in stock. In addition, you can choose other colours that we manufacture to order - so you simply have more options to choose from!
Will there be more necklace models?
There will be a couple of new models coming soon. These will be in the same material as our current range. We are working hard to develop the range of handmade products and we always have new ideas in the works!
Will there be more products soon?
We have an absolutely exciting launch coming up in 2025. This is a product that has taken a long time, blood, sweat and tears to make and we really hope it is well-received. After that, we will start the next project.. :)
Can the necklaces be washed?
We do not recommend machine washing our products. You can rinse in a little lukewarm water and wipe with a soft cloth, our materials are water-repellent and do not absorb odors so they rarely need to be washed thoroughly.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
We manufacture our products with great care for the environment. We invest in materials that last a long time and that can be repaired and/or replaced over time. The lifespan of our products can last forever if you take care of them! The production of the material is gentle if you consider the lifespan of the products. All materials we use are purchased from manufacturers and suppliers within the EU and comply with all laws and requirements that apply to product sales within the EU.
Do you have a physical store?
No, not at the moment. We set up stands at fairs and events around our home region of Småland and will soon start looking for physical retailers, as we understand that it is important to see the products in real life!
What weight recommendations do you have for the products?
Our products are manufactured and developed for dogs of smaller breeds. Hooks, ropes and buckles have a maximum load of around 100 kg each, which is calculated as a safe working load of around 5:1. We can therefore guarantee that our products can withstand up to 20 kilos, if they are taken care of in a good way.
Why are there only products for small dogs?
We have chosen to focus our range primarily on small dogs. This decision is mostly based on upcoming products, but to be clear from the start, we have chosen to keep it general from the start.
We also manufacture products of the same type to order for large dogs, but only have a few components in stock, so we usually need at least a couple of weeks to be able to order ropes in the desired color, etc. Please contact us for more info.
Returns & cancellation rights
Can I return my products?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal by law, from the date you receive your goods. This only applies to standard products at regular prices. This does not apply to sale items, specially ordered or customized products or to outlet products.
Can I complain about a faulty product?
If you have received the wrong product in the sense that it is the wrong color, wrong size or similar, you can of course send the product back and get the correct product at no extra cost. If there is any other fault with the product, the same applies as long as the product is unused or the fault has arisen during use according to our recommendations. Contact us directly if there is anything wrong with your product so we can fix it as soon as possible!
Can I exchange products if I don't like the color?
Here the right of withdrawal applies 14 days on the standard range, if you have ordered a product that is made to order in a color that is not in our standard range this does NOT apply. If you are unsure about the color choice or are very picky, or need to match something else for example - do not hesitate to contact us first, we are happy to send more pictures in different lights so that you feel confident in your choice.
Do you have open purchases?
No, we don't. But we are of course keen that you are happy with your purchase and are happy to help you if something has gone wrong.
Care instructions
Machine wash and water
Answer: NO, do not machine wash. YES, rinse in lukewarm water and dry with a soft cloth. We also recommend wiping down buckles and details if they have been exposed to harsh weather conditions or swimming.
Tumble drying
Answer: NO. Absolutely not! We recommend wiping with a small towel or cloth and hanging it to dry on a hook in the hall or something. Also, do not put a wet necklace in a closed box or similar, it dries super fast if it is hung up and if you need to put it away, we recommend that it is dry first.
Ironing
No, not that either. The materials don't wrinkle.
Recycling
You can return the collar/leash to us for recycling or for resale at our second hand store. As a thank you, you will receive a bonus code that you can use to buy a new one. Perfect if you have a puppy who has outgrown his collar and needs a bigger one, for example!
