Strap size and braid width

20-25mm: Refers to the width of the braid (necklace)
16-25mm: Refers to the BioThane straps on the harness. We adjust the back section to the appropriate size.
If you order a "25mm braid/19mm straps" you will receive a braid (neck strap) that is 25mm wide, with BioThane straps at the chest and rib cage, as well as buckles that are 19mm wide and our choice of width on the back strap.

We recommend:
If you have the opportunity, please measure the width of the harness you are currently using!

This is how you measure:

When measuring your dog, it is important that you give us the exact measurements and that you measure as closely as possible. It is easiest to measure and find the right points when the dog is standing up. If you find this difficult, please contact us and we will help you!

A) Neck Circumference – Feel for the pointy part of the breastbone at the front of your dog’s chest, just below the neck. Then measure from there up along the breastbone towards the end of your dog’s neck. The neck strap should rest against this bone for the best fit, but not slide down under any strain.

B) Chest Circumference – Measure around the dog’s chest at the widest part, just behind the front legs. If you are unsure how far forward the strap should be, bend the dog’s legs back and feel how far in you can put your hand. From there, measure vertically upwards.

C) Back – Measure from the dog's neck (where the neck strap ends) to the point on the back where the chest strap should be.

D) Chest – Measure from the tip of the sternum at the back to the armpit between the dog's front legs, to the same point you used when measuring the chest circumference.
